What Happened?
According to law enforcement in Port St. Lucie, Florida, an investigation began in June 2025 after Murdoch began communicating online with someone he believed to be a parent, but who was in fact an undercover detective. Investigators allege that in these communications, Murdoch sought to arrange a sexual relationship with the woman’s young child. (clickondetroit.com)
Authorities stated that a forensic review of Murdoch’s device and cloud accounts uncovered additional communications, and that he drew on his medical training in portions of the exchange. (wzzm13.com)
