Bridget Skinner
Medical Analyst
After a 30-year career as a Physician Assistant, Bridget joined Oliver Bell Law Group as a Medical Analyst, bringing decades of clinical experience and a practical understanding of patient care to the firm. In this role, she reviews and analyzes medical records, helps clarify complex clinical issues, and supports attorneys in understanding the medical aspects of their cases.
Over the course of her healthcare career, Bridget worked in a variety of settings, including emergency medicine, neurology, short-term rehabilitation, and long-term care. She also served as adjunct faculty in the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) Physician Assistant Program, where she enjoyed teaching future healthcare professionals as an instructor in clinical medicine and history and physical examination, as well as coordinating clinical education experiences.
Before pursuing a career in medicine, Bridget worked as an electrical engineer with Eastman Kodak Company. She earned a degree from Wayne State University, graduating magna cum laude, and later completed the RIT Physician Assistant Program with highest honors.
Throughout her career, Bridget has valued lifelong learning, attention to detail, and helping others navigate complex challenges. Drawing on experience in engineering, education and healthcare, she is committed to providing thoughtful, objective medical analysis in support of the firm’s clients and legal team.
