Kati Lauwers is an Intake Specialist, responsible for conducting new client intakes and helping prospective clients navigate the initial stages of the legal process. Although relatively new to the legal field, Kati brings more than 14 years of experience in customer relations, document retention, onboarding, and client support.

Before joining OBG, Kati built a successful career in the real estate industry, where she developed strong skills in client relations, problem-solving, and onboarding. Her ability to communicate effectively, manage complex client needs, and maintain organized documentation has enabled her to provide exceptional service and contribute to positive outcomes for both clients and colleagues.

Throughout her career, Kati has demonstrated a commitment to building meaningful client relationships and creating a positive experience during important life transitions. Her extensive background in customer service and operational support serves as a strong foundation for her work in legal intake.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Kati enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and caring for animals. These interests help her maintain balance, foster personal growth, and bring empathy and compassion to her work. Kati remains dedicated to serving clients, supporting her team, and contributing to the continued success of her organization.
