Mia Doakes

Mia currently serves as a Intake Specialist, where she works closely with attorneys to evaluate cases being considered for representation. In this role, she communicates directly with prospective clients, guiding them through the next steps of the representation process and ensuring they understand what to expect.

Her primary responsibilities include making sure clients feel heard, informed, and supported throughout the intake and retention process. She is committed to building trust and eliminating uncertainty as clients navigate what are often difficult and stressful experiences.

Mia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies. One of the most rewarding aspects of her career has been hearing from clients who leave conversations feeling encouraged, confident, and reassured. Positive feedback from clients about their experience with her is a highlight of her work and reflects her dedication to compassionate, client-centered service.

Outside of work, Mia enjoys reading, spending quality time with her siblings, and traveling to explore new places and experiences. She values opportunities to learn, create lasting memories with family, and discover destinations she has never visited before.
